  • Terry Mesnard - This little product surprised meI never expected I would be writing a review for a product like this, especially one that's so personal. But I feel like I need to share my story in hopes that it will help someone else.

Over the last year, I have been trying to lose weight (halfway to my goal!). As some weight losers know, there sometimes comes a point during dieting where you can become constipated. About four months ago, I hit that point, which can be very disconcerting for anyone, let alone people trying to lose weight. I also suffer from occasional upsets(stomach pain from gas, potentially IBS, diarrhea, etc.). At my wits end, I decided on a lark to try Align based on the commercials, web searches and reviews here at Amazon.

When you first start taking Align, it's recommended that you start tracking how you feel, stomach-wise. It comes with a four week chart, with helpful hints as to what you should expect, especially as you first start trying it. I was a bit concerned that the first week mentions constipation (when you're already suffering from it, the last thing you want to do is make it worse...), but I decided to just give it a try. The first few days, I didn't really notice much of a change. I still had occasional gas pain and the constipation. But as the week went along, I noticed some changes.

I stopped following the chart because I'm forgetful and didn't really think about it until I started running out of pills. At that moment, I realized...hey, it'd been a few weeks since I was constipated, my stomach didn't feel upset with me and things were running as they should. But still, I was skeptical and I stopped taking the pills when my four week supply ran out. Within a couple weeks, I started noticing problems starting up again. A week and a half ago or so, I ordered a subscription to Align from Amazon (to get the discount) and within a week, I'm feeling a million times better. I'm more regular than I have been in quite some time, I have absolutely no pain and I'm losing weight again.

I went into Align, thinking it was a load of you know what. I figured that I'd give it a chance but I was honestly expecting nothing out of it, except being $25 poorer. Two and a half months later and I'm pretty much a believer. I don't think Align will help everyone; it's obvious here on Amazon that you have a load of people who it's worked for and some it doesn't. But I would recommend that, if you're on the fence like I was, you order a box and give it a try. You've really got nothing to lose and it might just work for you like it has worked for me. It's expensive, but, hey, if it helps me with my weight loss goals and making me feel as great as I do right now, it's worth it.
  • Timothy Schreier - While not the paradigm shift it's predecessor were, it's still very good.I can understand how people are frustrated with game for numerous reasons, but I find there is a lot more good than bad in Diablo 3.

I played Diablo 1 and 2 to death, and those games were revolutionary. Diablo 3 is just a streamlining, distillation of what makes Diablo fun... and guess what? That makes for a really fun game.

The action is faster paced than D2 could ever be. And the skill system may not be as complicated as D2, but you have everything available to you all the time. If the game gets monotonous, you can try out different combinations and change the way your character plays. I'm playing a witch doctor and focused on exploding zombie dogs my first playthrough, my second is focusing on slow and poison.

I'll admit it doesn't feel as atmospheric nor does it have the same sense of foreboding in the voice over, but those qualities are ultimately lost on the player anyway once they get into the thick of the action.

I don't think this genre of game is for everyone. But for people who have enjoyed games like Diablo and Torchlight in the past, if you just play the game and have fun with what D3 actually does better than the previous games (the crazy fast pace) I promise you'll have a great time.
  • Joker92 - GREAT BUY!Not only is it easy to install, but if you still have time remaining on your subscription with Norton from previous purchase, if you contact them, they will add that time to your new subscription (the 366 days received when you install this software). Installed on 2 computers, very very happy with my purchase. This is offered for up to $89.99 at places like Office Depot - and you don't have to fool with a rebate! YEA!
  • Judith E Cardoso - Second HelpingsWho doesn't love them, right? Mike Halperin and John Heilemann weave such an irresistible tale that even with the outcome known, I found myself turning pages as quickly as possible, even taking a peek at the end, to satisfy my query, "What next, guys?" I guess I'm one of those Morning Joe Democrats (never knew there was such a beast) and politics and the machinations thereof are like manna to me, so having the opportunity to ride shotgun during a presidential campaign is beyond delightful. The characters, most especially the political consultants, are as sharply drawn as those in a best selling novel. The pacing induces nail biting. But what surprises the most is that while there is a game afoot, the writers never let the reader forget that there are real stakes on the line. Bravo.
  • Dr. E - Absolute Perfection ...Like other reviewers, I had to wait for a break in the weather to give this bat a proper try. Here's the report (from my boyfriend who is responsible for "test-driving" the TPX):

The Louisville Slugger is a marvel of engineering. Perhaps it is strange to think of a baseball bat as sophisticated, but that is the exact word to describe it. The balance is positively perfect and it has an amazing pop. The grip excellent and the look is impressive. (The aesthetics are fantastic!) Moreover, the generous warranty allows one to feel comfortable with investing in the TPX. While the price is daunting, it is truly one of the best (if not THE BEST) bat in this price range.

The Louisville Slugger name has always carried a great deal of cache. And, many athletes will take pride in the fact that these bats have been crafted in the USA since 1884. Moreover, a number of top-rated college teams trust Louisville on their fields (including Purdue, Rice, U. of Texas, Old Dominion, Loyola, Indiana, Alabama, Missouri, etc...)

Do not hesitate to invest in the TPX ... once the slight pain of the price passes, you will be absolutely pleased!
